  • Scott showed up right on time. I told him which faucets to replace and he explained to me that one of them would not work as I had hoped. He said it was an old installation and to update it he would have to cut into drywall. He wanted to check with me first about that before just diving in. I was very happy he did so I could decline the work. We will fix that 2nd faucet when we do the remodel. Thanks for the save!

I since then have gone back to him for when my well water tank burst, my water heater stopped working and needed to be replaced, and just again today to replace my old and leaky outdoor hose bibs. Kelly James Plumbing does an outstanding job everytime, and will never leave you feeling bad about his work. I will always go back to him for my plumbing needs.
