  • Leaking pressure tank

    Outstanding. After inquiring about getting a new pressure water tank, we had a knock on our door in 15 minutes. We were moved up on the schedule that same day due to the fact that we had no running water. Later that afternoon we were up and running with a new water tank. Service was excellent and the price was reasonable. We will use the service(s) again and refer our family/friends to do the same.

    Scott was awesome, he came out and replaced our well pump and set the depth lower to make sure would not run into future water issues. Was personable, communicative and knew his stuff.   • Scott showed up right on time. I told him which faucets to replace and he explained to me that one of them would not work as I had hoped. He said it was an old installation and to update it he would have to cut into drywall. He wanted to check with me first about that before just diving in. I was very happy he did so I could decline the work. We will fix that 2nd faucet when we do the remodel. Thanks for the save!

  • Excellent Professional Job

    Water heater leaking required replacement soon. Called Kelly at 9:00 A.M and he had Scott over by 2:00 P.M. to assess severity (slow leak into existing pan). Returned early next morning with new heater, all necessary equipment and new shower faucet repair kit. Scott did an excellent job with a very neat installation of all my requirements. I am a very "Happy Customer" who would recommend Kelly James to anyone in need!
