Pressure issue resolved

Scott did a great job! Showed up exactly when he said he would. Same day service! Lucky for us it was just a pressure switch. Great attitude and was very respectful and concerned about the cleanliness. Had fun conversations as well. Very friendly. Will call again!

Flexible!

I appreciated the flexibility to move my original appointment. Knowing that if the sump failed, they would head over regardless of appointment time. On time, friendly service. Walked me through what was done. Definitely recommend

Called Them on Thursday and he came out the very next day! Had a new well pump and pressure tank installed. His son did the work and was very professional and friendly. He respected my yard and my home. I have cats and he made sure to close all the doors when going in and out so as not to let them out. As far as I know the cost was well within the average for this area. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly James for ALL of your Plumbing and Well needs.

Fast and fair

Had an issue with an old hose bib. Stripped threads. Frustrating.
Kelly was here the next day to pop in a new one. I’ve used him before for a more serious problem.. a failed sump pump.
That time, he showed up the SAME DAY and probably saved me from a flooded basement.
