I originally found Kelly James Services for when I purchased a home, to have the well water tested. I since then have gone back to him for when my well water tank burst, my water heater stopped working and needed to be replaced, and just again today to replace my old and leaky outdoor hose bibs. Kelly James Plumbing does an outstanding job everytime, and will never leave you feeling bad about his work. I will always go back to him for my plumbing needs. They leave each project looking wonderful, and functioning even better. It really is top notch quality in everything they do. I highly recommend using them.

Flexible!

I appreciated the flexibility to move my original appointment. Knowing that if the sump failed, they would head over regardless of appointment time. On time, friendly service. Walked me through what was done. Definitely recommend

Replaced my leaking water heater

Kelly James did a great job in the knick of time for a plumbing emergency. I needed a new water heater and water softeners and didn't know who to call. My neighbor told me about him, and I know I had seen his truck around the community so I looked him up to give him a call. Him and his son are professional and cost effective. Definitely give them a call!

Leaking pressure tank

Outstanding. After inquiring about getting a new pressure water tank, we had a knock on our door in 15 minutes. We were moved up on the schedule that same day due to the fact that we had no running water. Later that afternoon we were up and running with a new water tank. Service was excellent and the price was reasonable. We will use the service(s) again and refer our family/friends to do the same.

Basement started flooding. On a weekend, of course! I called three plumbers. Kelly was the only one who responded. He fixed the issue right away (had a new sump pump right in his truck.) Excellent work! Next time, I’m gonna call Kelly James ONLY !
