Kelly James Service was hired to do plumbing work at our house. He installed a water heater and water softener. The work was completed in a timely manner. I was very happy with the quality of the work and how clean the job site was left.

Fast and fair

Had an issue with an old hose bib. Stripped threads. Frustrating.
Kelly was here the next day to pop in a new one. I’ve used him before for a more serious problem.. a failed sump pump.
That time, he showed up the SAME DAY and probably saved me from a flooded basement.
